**YOUR TALENT**:

- Studies of Business Administration (or similar)
- Ideally first working experience in assisting sales departments or previous related internships
- Interest in Sports and / or Fashion and Lifestyle
- Very good MS Office knowledge / skills - advanced in Excel and PowerPoint, ideally in Power BI
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken), German is a plus
- Hands-on mentality, high level of readiness for action and willingness to learn as well as ability to work in a team
- Strong interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
- Accuracy, and flexibility

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Support of the Sales Team with market and competitor studies, internet research, data collection and general day to day business.
- Assist in projects that were identified as areas of opportunities for business expansion
- Handling of product inquiries, check of product availability
- Assist in the setup & preparation of meetings and conference calls (e.g. seasonal product meetings, Go-To-Market meetings, etc.)
- Assist with administrative/operational tasks, including system maintenance, consolidation of various functional supportive information, creation of presentations and reports etc.
- Data Analysis mainly for Sales Reports, Order Reports in Excel & MS Power BI
- Close collaboration with other departments and customers
