Head of Quality & OpEx Management

**Über die Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten**:
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Prozessanalysten, der datengetriebene Geschäftsentscheidungen unterstützt und Geschäftsprozesse optimiert. Die Person ist verantwortlich für die Analyse komplexer Datensätze, die Entwicklung aussagekräftiger Berichte und die Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung betrieblicher Abläufe. Diese Rolle erfordert Fachkenntnisse in BI-Tools, Datenmodellierung und Methoden der Prozessanalyse. - BI-Dashboard-Entwicklung & Datenmanagement: Entwurf, Entwicklung und Wartung von BI-Dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) unter Sicherstellung der Datenqualität durch Extraktion, Bereinigung und Transformation. - Datenanalyse & Erkenntnisse: Analyse von Trends, Mustern und Leistungskennzahlen zur Bereitstellung umsetzbarer Geschäftseinblicke und Unterstützung von Entscheidungsprozessen. - Prozessoptimierung & Effizienzsteigerung: Entwicklung von Analyse-Dashboards für Prozesse, Identifikation von Ineffizienzen, Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und Empfehlung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen. - Zusammenarbeit & Compliance: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern zur Übersetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in datengetriebene Lösungen unter Einhaltung von Data-Governance-, Integritäts
- und Sicherheitsvorgaben.

**Qualifikationen für die Rolle**:

- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Data Science oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Business Intelligence, Datenanalyse oder Prozessoptimierung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in BI-Tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) sowie Prozessanalyse-Tools (Celonis oder ähnliche).
- Fähigkeit zur Dateninterpretation, Identifikation von Trends und Ableitung umsetzbarer Erkenntnisse mit einer proaktiven Herangehensweise an geschäftliche Herausforderungen.
- Verständnis von Lean, Six Sigma oder BPM-Methoden zur Prozessverbesserung.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift zur effektiven Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Empfehlungen.
- Erfahrung mit BI- und Process-Mining-Tools (Celonis), SAP-Kenntnisse sowie Vertrautheit mit Daten-Cloud-Plattformen wie Snowflake.
