**ROLE SUMMARY**

**What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?**

Supports Senior Finance management in delivering financial analysis and insights necessary to build recommendations for successful business objectives delivery.

Provides specialist financial advice, guidance and expertise to the business, especially Marketing community

Supports financial decision making through structured and insightful analysis of financial and non-financial data.

Supports the preparation & reporting of financial and commercial plans, forecasts and budgets

Provides proper controls and promotes an awareness of risk management and control practices within Commercial Finance.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Provides specialist financial advice, guidance and expertise to assist in the provision of a value added, commercially focussed finance business partnering service:

- Deliver high quality financial information for decision making
- Developing insightful financial and commercial analysis
- Assist in the preparation of business cases, budget and investment proposals
- Support the development of strong financial and commercial awareness within operation
- Implement best practice planning and control techniques in line with business needs
- Provides on time and in full fulfilment of local, area and regional reporting standards

Coordinate with other finance specialists as required.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**ESSENTIAL**

**Experience Required**
- Degree educated with professional Economic, Financial and Accounting qualification
- 3 years’ experience in finance on similar position
- Strong analytical skills supported by commercial acumen
- Fluent in Excel, solid knowledge of SAP and BPC systems as key benefits
- Fluent in English
- Ability to simplify complex situations and synthesise, communicate and present complex information
- Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative and consultative attitude
