**Job purpose**
The purpose of Data2Impact Domain is to l help A1 transform into a data-driven company, running on analytics and AI in all areas of our operations, for the purpose of our customers’ delight and continuous efficiency improvements. Going forward we envisage also to address data monetization efforts towards our customers. Your role is crucial in creating ideas, formulating value-adding concepts and bringing alignment with our OpCos towards the execution.

**What you do**:

- You define the strategy for sub-topics within the Domain that improve the value creation of the operating model of the OpCos and review and develop them together with the Execution Lead & the project teams.
- You setup and align scoutings for specific focus topics.
- You identify, setup and execute data experiments that are necessary as pre-projects before execution projects can be run.
- You identify, setup and steer the execution of PoCs that are necessary as pre-projects before execution projects can be run; moreover you identify and win target Opco commitment for the PoC with the result to ensure value driven learning outcome by the PoC.
- You assess new potential vendors/solutions for focus topics; moreover you run pre-projects (from high level analysis, including BC setup with Opcos, to running RFP, including guiding requirement setting and vendor selection process; to running POCs with Opcos, including identifying partners and winning commitment of Opcos to execute on POC).
- You define execution projects within the sub-topics and execute the steering & escalation management of execution projects.
- You support on a high level the Domain Lead and the Execution Lead in defining an operational model of execution.
- You build and maintain internal know-how disseminating communities.
- You setup and run a community to pull and push topics to Opocs & to get right contact person/expert for different solutions within OpCos as a basis for stakeholder management.
- You work together with People Leads to develop skills and create communities.
- You create regular updates of ongoing activities for relevant stakeholders (Execution Lead, project teams, People Lead, Vendors, Senior Opco Mgmgt) subsequently winning and ensuring commitment with the Opcos for defined focus topics & projects.
- You are able to understand and identify large process optimization potentials by analytics and digitalization technologies.

**What you offer**:

- 5+ years of experience in a senior expert function in Data Science, Analytics, Customer
- or Tech-area, Management Consulting
- In-depth know how in at least one field or strong know how across all fields
- Experience in managing stakeholders in a complex environment, preferred in matrix or local/Group organization setups
- Profound market and product know-how + related Data and IT knowledge necessary
- Strong value-case argumentation and storytelling skills, strong project management skills
- Deep knowledge of the Data Value Generation frameworks, as basis for data-driven business
- Deep understanding of change management.
