Your role

In this role you are the go-to-person for all people at Parkside, driving talent acquisition, people development and labor law related topics to support our scaling organization.

Build a strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them meet their hiring goals
Drive the creation, implementation and management of new HR initiatives to foster culture and people happiness
Assess legal and compliance challenges and convert them in sustainable solutions
Act as internal consultant in any labor-law related matter
Work with the leadership team to identify and design people development measures
**Profile**:
You have extensive experience working in an HR role and a related educational background
A track record sourcing and hiring technical talent
You actively take the initiative to constantly streamline existing processes
You’re able to prioritize well and adapt flexibly to changing demands in a fast paced environment
You are fluent in German and English
