Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Graz suchen wir DICH im Bereich

Process engineering / Lean Management (w/m/d)

**Als Teil unseres Teams erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben**:

- Durchführung von Prozessanalysen und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen in der Produktion
- Planung und Durchführung von Lean-Initiativen sowie Schulung und Unterstützung von MitarbeiterInnen am
- Shopfloor- Vorbereitung von Prozessen zur Digitalisierung
- Planen, steuern und optimieren von Produktionsabläufen im Rahmen der Serienüberleitung
- Erstellung von Lastenheften, Layoutplanung und Anlagenkonzeption
- Laufende Anpassung der Fertigungsmethoden und Technologien an den Stand der Technik unter
- Bedachtnahme auf Wirtschaftlichkeit und Umweltauflagen- Aktive Mitarbeit an Risikovermeidungsmaßnahmen (FMEA)

**Dein beeindruckendes Profil: -**

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder durch Praxis und Erfahrung gleichzusetzende Kenntnisse,
bevorzugt im Umfeld Produktion, Maschinenbau und / oder Fahrzeugtechnik
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von LEAN-Methoden (5S, Wertstromanalyse, PDCA, TPM, 5W1H, SMED...)
- Eine bereits abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lean Management (Green Belt, Black Belt) ist vorteilhaft
- Erfahrung in Projekten und sicherer Umgang mit internen Stakeholdern
- Prozessverständnis, Kostenbewusstsein sowie analytische Denkweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Soziale Kompetenz und unternehmerisches Denken sind

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 3.300 brutto monatlich, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig
von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
