For the further development of our Group we are offering the following position for our Headquarters, located in Vienna:
**Category Marketing Expert (f/m/d)**
- Initiating, supporting, and coordinating groupwide and category-related marketing activities and projects in alignment with our Category Management Concrete, the Customer Engagement team, and in close cooperation with Country Product Managers and Brand Managers for Concrete Pavers.
- Your Tasks
- Coordinate and implement aligned group marketing strategies
- Supporting the country organizations in the development of product-based marketing communications
- Prepare Marketing concepts for international product launches (e.g. Eco Paving, international trading goods)
- Establish Master marketing Materials to be used on a groupwide basis (incl. content creation, photo shooting, renderings, and virtual animations)
- Create the country-specific annual Semmelrock catalogs (Gartenideen)
- Arrange training materials, supporting documents as well as manuals for new developments
- Specify POS Displays and materials to support our local Sales Teams
- Provide category content on groupwide topics (e.g. own products, trading goods, technologies, mega trends) for all potential channels (Social Media, Websites, PR, Print)
- Develop category-specific digital marketing tools (GardenVisions App) further
- Take responsibility for the management of the approved Category Marketing budget

Your Profile
- Completed education in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position within an international environment (Experience in the construction industry is an advantage)
- Understanding and knowledge of Digital Marketing are needed for this role
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent command of English and German
- Very good communication skills as well as text generation and graphic layout
- Talented organizer - structured way of working, combined with a high-quality standard
- Ability to cope with the requirements of a decentralized and entrepreneurial organizational structure as well as the willingness to dive into technical details
- Driving license B

You will work in an international team within a highly diverse and multi-cultural organization. Your office will be in the Headquarters in Vienna or - upon agreement - in one of our major European locations. The position requires frequent business travels to our production sites with location all over Europe.
