About the job

As part of KuCoin EU's commitment to expanding our brand presence in regulated European markets, you will join us as a
Marketing Expert (f/m/d)
in our local Marketing function in Vienna.

In this role, you will drive KuCoin's visibility across the European Union by developing market-specific campaigns, managing localized social media content, and coordinating brand activations. You will ensure that all marketing initiatives are adapted to local market dynamics and fully aligned with MiCA and other regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our global marketing, PR, compliance, and product teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with both retail and institutional audiences.

What makes You special

  • You have a university degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • You bring 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations or digital campaigns (preferably in crypto, fintech, or tech)
  • You have proven experience managing social media channels and building online communities
  • You understand EU market trends and are familiar with MiCA or other crypto regulatory frameworks
  • You are skilled in coordinating cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, and working with global teams
  • You think analytically, track key performance metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement), and make data-driven decisions
  • You communicate clearly, adapt content to different audiences, and are fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • You are proactive, well-organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments where creativity meets execution
