**Security Services team**
Due to continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a project manager to join the Open Systems security services practice.

**Your mission**
As a Project Manager in the Security Services - Customer Success team, you ensure the planning and smooth coordination of multiple projects through to completion while providing resource management to the company.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Provide full cycle project management on medium to large and complex projects, demonstrating effective stakeholder management
- Collaborate with Senior Project Manager to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements, engagement processes, tools and methodology
- Facilitate and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including executive sponsors
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team to meet project objectives and commitments
- Set project team expectation, and clearly document project success factors
- Analyse requirements and make decisions based on project benefits, scope, cost, schedule and quality
- Efficiently manage resources including time tracking, and define scope of work and milestones
- Run reporting as necessary against baseline schedules, prepare project reviews including status reports
- Conduct post-project “lessons learned” meetings
**Your skills & experience**
- Solid experience in managing end-to-end large technology projects
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management/ Information Technology
- PMP or CAPM certification is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and products, working experience of Microsoft Azure & M365 cloud solutions is an asset
- Excellent knowledge of Project Management Principles and methodology
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, and drive to exceed customer expectations through continuous deployment, innovation and improvements
- Ease to build and maintain solid relationships at all levels and to foster cross-functional collaboration
- Strong influencing skills with excellent verbal and written communication in both English and German, French would be a plus
- Proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Personality Must be a team player attitude and have a sense of humour
