**What You Will Do**:

- Ensures consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; this may require assuming the interim role and responsibilities of a Health Care Coordinator in order to meet the residents’ needs and staffing requirements.
- Provides RN delegation training and supervision to Resident Assistants. This may include developing, training, supervising, and following the Company’s performance management policy with assigned staff.
- Provides training and education to Nurses and Resident Assistants on an ongoing basis to include classroom in
- services and situation-specific training.
- Assists in the maintenance of resident charts and review of documentation performed by associates.

**Why You Are Qualified**:

- RN - Registered Nurse in good standing
- CPR certification
- 2 years’ health care management experience
- 1 years' experience in the assisted living setting
