**Atomic is one of the leading manufacturers of wintersports equipment and part of the Amer Sports Corporation. For our Boot Business Unit, located at our head office in Altenmarkt im Pongau / Salzburg we are seeking at the earliest possible date**:
**PROJECT MANAGER R&D BOOTS PLASTICS & CAD (M/F/D)**

**In this role you will be part of the Atomic Boot Business Unit specifically responsible for plastic definition, product assembly while having the capability to support our CAD team on new boot and component development from 2D to 3D. Your task will be to ensure our products meet the jointly specified quality criteria demanded by our Business Unit, industrial organization, consumers, customers, and athletes alike.**

**KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Closely monitor and understand the plastic injection engineering, materials, and manufacturing process
- Follow the design process closely from start to finish
- Establish/track all product material specifications and relevant functional KPIs
- Close collaboration with internal senior CAD team, Quality, R&D, Product Management, Design, and

external mold development resources
- Transfer of 2D design drawings in CAD program
- Surface modeling
- Ensure product components fit, assemble and function together as expected
- Provide quality control support for sample production
- Work under given quality, cost and release date targets
- Product testing

**YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**:

- Completed studies (university/technical college) in Chemical/Plastics Engineering and/or similar
- Expertise in plastic injection molding
- CAD working experience is an advantage
- Sound proficiency in MS Office
- High product affinity, sound understanding of consumer needs
- Business-fluent German & English skills required
- Team player with a pro-active and collaborative working style
- Flexibility and willingness to travel

The annual collective agreement’s minimum salary for this position is € 38.000 gross. Depending on your personal qualifications and vocational experience, we offer an appropriate payment in excess thereof for this highly responsible activity and opportunities for development in a globally active group of companies.
