As our Growth Marketing Trainee, you will work with our outstanding marketing team on the international development and management of our digital marketing strategies & tools for our blitzscaling companies and our own growth.

Your tasks:

- plan and implement digital campaigns for the company growth
- creating landing pages and user-centric webdesigns
- create as well as carry out E-Mail campaigns
- market research and implementation into strategy
- create impactful content on social media, websites and other relevant channels
- finding solution-oriented and agile ways to boost the growth

Your qualifications:

- an (almost) completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Marketing, Business Administration or an related field with a good academic track record
- hands-on attitude and availability to join the team for at least 6 months
- first relevant experience in digital marketing and/or growth marketing
- Understanding the needs of B2B and/or Tech-Companies
- natural problem-solver and digital native
- passion for working in dynamic, changing environments and understanding for resulting challenges
- excellent general computer/web knowledge and Google Workspace skills
- good communication and excellent English and German skills
