We are looking for a **Procurement Intelligence Expert** for our head office in Vienna. In this role, you will provide market intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics services to the Procurement organisation. You will support procurement source-to-contract and purchase-to-pay processes by providing actionable insights based on timely market and supplier intelligence, internal data sources, trends and scenario analysis, and other business analytics activities.

This role will be content wise involved with OMV.

Your key activities are:

- Development and maintenance of procurement intelligence databases. Identify and secure external and internal data.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the visual analytics platform, including troubleshooting and user management.
- Document operative and strategic market research data as well as secure the flow of information on a standardized Procurement platform.
- Undertake research, total cost of ownership modelling, and analysis of supply markets.
- Provide market and supplier insights through regular reports to the relevant procurement team to allow effective strategic and tactical decision-making.

**About you**:
You are holding a Master’s degree in Management / Process Management / Supply Chain Management or equivalent discipline with focus on Procurement processes and activities. You have 5-10 years of experience in previous positions with focus on Supply Chain / Procurement or data/business analytics or other IT-related disciplines, in an international environment. You have an experience of working with business intelligence & analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Qlik). You have demonstrable knowledge of visual analytics tools, data literacy and good IT understanding. You communicate fluently in English.

Most important, you have an analytical mind-set combined with great conceptual thinking skills and can build relationships and work effectively with all levels of leadership in international teams across the group.
