Are you ready to be the welcoming face of our hotel? We're searching for a talented receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests.

**Main Duties**:

- Handle reservations efficiently in our reservation system and booking portals.
- Check-in and check-out guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage payments for accommodations and additional services, including cash and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with all hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Follow up on tasks assigned by the manager to maintain operational excellence.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the hotel, ensuring a comfortable environment for all guests.
- Utilize sales skills to promote items available at the reception and bar.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and German (B2 level) with good writing and speaking skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive, and friendly attitude, coupled with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to adhere to internal company rules and hotel standards.

**Shift Details**:

- Full-time position with 8-hour shifts, totaling 5 shifts per week.
- Shift timings include morning (07:00 - 15:00), afternoon (15:00 - 23:00), and night (23:00 - 07:00).
- Night shift availability is preferred.
