Du kannst auf Menschen zugehen und diese von Deinen Konzepten überzeugen
Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Handeln zeichnen Dich aus
Du bist mit ITIL & ITSM bestens vertraut
Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit

**Du unterstützt uns bei**:
der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Change Enablement Practise (Fokus auf Cloud Transition und Ausbau International)
der Sicherstellung, dass Risiken richtig bewertet werden
der Genehmigung von Changes und der Verwaltung des Change-Kalenders
der Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen
der Planung und Koordination unserer Wartungsfenster und Full Scale Tests
der Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Qualitätsrichtlinien und Organisationsregeln
der Zusammenarbeit mit den Verantwortlichen der aktiven ITIL Practises
.. und leistest damit ganz konkret deinen Beitrag unsere international eingesetzten Lösungen noch stabiler und erfolgreicher zu machen
