- As the Head of Marketing Operations, you play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives across Northern Europe. You will lead the marketing operations function, implement a regional customer experience strategy, optimize marketing processes, and support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will manage and lead a team of 11 people, ensuring collaboration, growth, and success within the team.- What challenges can you expect?- Data & Analytics:- Implement and manage marketing analytics tools to track campaign, CX performance and ROI.
- Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns and strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to monitor key marketing metrics.- CX Process Management:- Develop and optimize CX processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across touchpoints.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute CX and complaints initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Budget Management:- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track marketing spend against budget, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage the budgeting process and weekly follow up with accounting teams.- Marketing Technology & data projects:
Ensure the integration of marketing technologies with other systems for seamless data flow and reporting.
- Lead the implementation of marketing automation strategies to improve lead generation and customer engagement.- Collaboration & Communication:- Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the marketing team.
- Provide training and support to team members on marketing tools and processes.- Which skills do we expect?-
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes, campaign execution, and data analytics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the abilityto interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Meal allowance- Salary- At least 80.000,00 € gross per year for full-time. Just like you, we are not satisfied with minimum standards - we agree on your actual salary depending on your education and experience.
