And now we are looking for a Merchant Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Vienna
Job description
The Merchant Onboarding Specialist works in close cooperation with the Partnership Managers as well as Restaurant and Retail Development teams to help our restaurant and retail partners maximize their opportunity for success.
**Day-to day**:
**End-to-End Onboarding**: Manage the complete onboarding process for new restaurant and retail merchants.
**Compliance**: Ensure merchant compliance with business data requirements, including KYC and KYB processes.
**Content Management**: Create and maintain merchant venue pages, including offers, product photos, translations, and menu updates.
**Gear Coordination**: Oversee the shipment and setup of necessary gear and equipment for merchants.
**System Integration**: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of merchant systems with Wolt’s platform.
**Merchant Education**: Train merchants on using the Wolt Merchant App and Portal to optimize their performance.
**Post-Activation Support**: Build strong partnerships by sharing performance insights and best practices.
**Operational Oversight**: Manage internal systems and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
**Team Support**: Assist with team operations, communication, and process improvements.

Fluency in both German and English
Strong technical aptitude (including CRM and Google Sheets)
Logical thinking with an eye for detail and aesthetics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Structured and detail-oriented approach with a strong service and sales mindset
Strong prioritization and multitasking skills to manage competing tasks and deadlines efficiently
Calm and composed approach to handling high-stress situations
High level of motivation, drive, and resilience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer an attractive base salary starting at 28073,75€ (40h/week) which is adjusted and increased depending on qualifications and professional experience.
