in a permanent full time position at the location Vienna (Euro Plaza).

The **Key Account & Brand Manager (M/F/d)** is a key role centered in Takeda Austria, facing customers and developing marketing strategies and executing plans accordingly. This person is engaging closely with accounts, directly touching the patient journey, gaining a deep understanding of insights to develop and create meaningful commercial conversations and solutions.

**Your tasks in detail**:

- Collect and identify customer insights and undertake market analysis for a broad understanding of the market landscape, customers, and competitors
- Create tactical plans and patient journey driven omnichannel campaigns, leveraging a digital marketing align with the portfolio strategy
- Develop and drive launch plans for new indications and target groups
- Development and implementation of a value-based account planning by insights collection, tactical analysis and plans
- Develop and deliver brand communication assets, messages, campaigns and key solutions for different accounts and customers.
- Clear understanding of the disease environment and closely monitoring of environmental changes and competitor activities to adjust plans and tactics
- Forecasting, risk profiling & tracking of product sales and expenses, managing sales and promotional budgets

**Your profile**:

- Certified pharmaceutical representative or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of work experiences as a commercial or marketing or brand manager or account manager or equivalent within pharmaceutical industry or healthcare (e.g. hospital or speciality care)
- Experience in Hematology is preferred
- Experience of working in a cross functional environment is preferred
- Facilitate innovative thinking, experimenting and creative solution-oriented approaches and customer-oriented
- Open to implement and use digital channels and to embrace new challenges and view new topics as a learning opportunity
- High interest and ability to establish and use agile ways of working in teams
- Proficient in German and very good in English
- Driving license B

For this important and responsible position, the minimum salary is € 4,104.49 gross/month (full-time, KV chem. Industrie). The actual salary package depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
