**Delivery Lead of Digital Personal Loan Solution (f/m/x)**:We are looking for gamechangers and innovators because we consider change as an opportunity and want to push things forward. In order to keep this customer promise, we are strengthening our international team and we are looking for ambitious IT Delivery Lead who will support us in building our Digital Lending solution.

You will be central IT Lead of a diverse IT team, who collaborates with central Product Owners, our central IT steering functions and our network banks in CEE. You will be responsible to build, operate and further develop a digital lending solution for various countries.

**What you can expect**:

- You will take the responsibility for a multi-national team that is working and collaborating from various countries
- Together with Product Owners and Business Sponsor you have the joint responsibility for the delivery/ implementation of the impact map and provided strategic business and IT goals
- You share accountability of Business Product Stream objectives and KPIs achievement with Business Lead
- Ensure that the defined solution fits to the IT strategy and follows modern architecture standards (IT goals must be reflected in the Product Backlog)
- Responsible overall for delivery of Product Stream
- Together with Product Owner you manage and control the tribe budget
- You will work closely with the Product Owners and Solution Architect to define the Product Backlogs - including definition of technical epics / user stories - and the Release Plans
- You will lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process while considering the capacity and delivery team’s capabilities
- You will be in charge to set-up, manage and steer the IT Run-the-Bank activities in the Product Stream(s) delivery. Including assuring that necessary SLAs are in place and the RBI Process Framework 3.0 is applied.
- Assure the planning alignment of all cross functional teams, including NWU's teams
- Responsible for provider and vendor management in alignment with procurement processes (incl. contracts management)
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations
- Manage risks
- Manage technical solution interdependencies alignment and synergies across Product Streams
- Define team objectives together with Tribe Lead and Business Area Owners
- Assure that the principles of an agile way of working are followed
- Help solving impediments the Scrum Masters can’t solve
- Report to Agile Delivery Lead and assure proper escalation procedure

**What you bring to the table**:

- University degree or similar with business or technical background
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in the area of digital products
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading and managing teams
- Experience working with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
- Proven change leadership which resulted in measurable impact related to
