As a
** Solution**
**Sales Specialist - Business Applications, **you will be an outcome-driven, business process transformation enabler within the Microsoft Enterprise sales organization working with our most important customers. You will be helping them with their end-to-end business transformation needs by envisioning solutions and mapping capabilities with associated business value to business decision makers' pains/needs. You will execute with excellence the entire sales process by owning and orchestrating a team of technically intense workload (solution) experts including presales, co-sell partners, and Independent Software Vendors to provide customers with solutions aligned to their end-to-end business transformation needs using Microsoft Business Applications’ portfolio of offerings.

The compensation/salary for this role starts from Eur 96 000 Annually.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and engage in conversations with customers to introduce how Microsoft Business Applications workloads could enable digital transformation that is aligned with the customer’s industry and key priorities.
- Collaborate with extended sales team, partners, and marketing to conduct business analysis (e.g., whitespace analysis, identify industry trends, up
- and x-sales potential) to pursue high-potential customers and develop a strategy and execution plan for potential new business.
- Use a modern digital sales approach (e.g. LinkedIn, industry communities) to Identify customer stakeholders as well as business needs and industry trend. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to propose prioritized solutions that align with customers’ needs. Leverage the value propositions to communicate business impact of proposed solutions. Listen to customers to understand business outcomes.
- Implement strategies to help accelerate the closing of deals in collaboration with other team members. Implement close plans (e.g., how to map timeline, engage the customer, get customer buy-in and commitment) to de-risk and drive predictable deal closure.
- Manage the pipeline of the assigned territory. Conduct forecasting for assigned accounts and develops a portfolio and territory plan with guidance.
- Collaborate with our Partner Organization (GPS) and with a network of partners to cross-sell and up-sell products, solutions, and services. Develop joint proposal with partners. Implement partner strategies to scale the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in technology-related solution sales, services sales or account management.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
- Passion and commitment for customer success.
- Excellent presentation skills.
