Ready for something new? Our client, British American Tobacco (BAT), is one of the leading global companies of the tobacco industry and is looking for a driven and enthusiastic personality for the role as Junior Activation Executive.

**Responsibilities**:
The Junior Activation Executive is part of the local marketing team and supporting all customer activation platforms and initiatives related to marketing and sales of our tobacco & nicotine product assortments (like VELO, Vuse or Lucky Strike).
- You support in the development and implementation of effective and innovative marketing campaigns
- You efficiently collaborate with creative agencies to design powerful activation plans
- You support in steering and monitoring of assigned activities: to generate fast learnings and identify opportunities for KPI amplification
- You support the analytics and reporting with focus on optimization and growth
- You are agile work-member of dynamic teams: quick implementation of measures, direct evaluation of results and fast, independent implementation of generated learnings

You will contribute
- Solid consumer & brand understanding: consumer journeys, consumer purchase decisions, consumer drivers & barriers
- Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Effective writing, presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience in cross-functional project management
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Business fluent German & English
- Distinct hands-on mentality and a passion to tackle new challenges
- 1-3 years’ experience in marketing management in a reputable and progressive FMCG company
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Economics or similar
