**Essential Duties**:

- _
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects._
- _
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget._
- _
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility._
- _
Ensure resource availability and allocation._
- _
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress._
- _
Oversee all aspects of projects._
- _
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques._
- _
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques._
- _
Report and escalate to management as needed._
- _
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders._
- _
Perform risk management to minimize project risks._
- _
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors._
- _
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation._
- _
Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project._
- _
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels._
- _
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals._
- _
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis._
- _
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members._
- _
Use and continually develop leadership skills._
- _
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency._
- _
Perform other related duties as assigned._
- _
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs._
- **Key Requirements**:

- _
Master’s Degree Immunology/Chemistry/Biochemistry/Microbiology, or equivalent work experience_
- _
at least 5 years of experience in Project Management_
