To grow even faster, we are hiring YOU - an enthusiastic Process Manager

**Your tasks**:

- You analyze and visualize existing accounting processes in regards of potential optimization while considering ICS
- You support process owners and organizational responsible people in the development of reasonable and efficient solutions of processes
- You design process flows together with the accounting team and help to implement new processes
- You manage and improve proactively the process documentation landscape and system
- You write process descriptions and help to set up standardized templates for accounting in coordination with the respective process owner
- You work closely with stakeholders to ensure all information is up to date

**Who you are**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in process management
- Certified accountant or higher education (e.g. Bachelor or Master degree)
- Solid accounting background and understanding of financial processes, as
- well basic knowledge of local GAAP (UGB) and IFRS
- Experience in conducting process mapping
- Excellent German and English skills
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize own workload
