(Hörsching).
Tasks
- First contact and continuous professional support for our crew
- Organization of the entire travel for our crew as well as for
employees of the office
- and maintenance team (flight and hotel bookings, transfers )
- Coordination of the crew trainings together with our trainings department
- Crew planning for a fleet of 21 aircraft
- Close cooperation with all departments of the Business Operation
**Requirements**:
- Experience and/or education in the tourism or hospitality industry
- You are passionate about tourism, communicative, precise and can work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness when dealing with colleagues, crew and external parties
- Proven problem solving and decision making ability
- A positive attitude towards teamwork and able to work as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to work, to match the operational requirements (shifts, weekends and overtime)
- Good computer knowledge of MS-Office software programs
- Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written), all additional languages are a plus
- Must have the right to live and work in Austria
