**Your key responsibilities**:

- Preparing, processing, and distributing employee’s information to External Payroll Provider
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Collecting all frequently asked questions, answering them, and updating the Austrian payroll section of Human Resource Office SharePoint
- Supporting the Senior Payroll Expert in taking our payroll processes and procedures to the next level and implementing them in-house in the future

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of previous experience in payroll administration activities in Austria, ideally in an international organization
- Knowledge of Austrian payroll regulations and tax laws
- Comfortable communicating in German and English language
- Excellent MS Office skills
- High level of accuracy and strong organizational and record keeping skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under own initiative and not require day-to-day supervision
- Attention to detail

**Advantage**:

- Experience with SAP software
- Expertise in international payroll processing
- Knowledge of Austrian tax filings, tax policy
