The HR Systems and Operations Analyst is a key player in our HQ HR Operations department, which supports all 15 Emarsys offices across the globe in all people operations-related needs and initiatives. You are passioned about teachnology and data-driven HR, and will gladly own our HR software tools, especially Success Factors implementation and support.
On top of the required professional background, the right cultural fit is essential: supportive & proactive attitude combined with the affinity to take full ownership of the project work.
Due to the nature of the job, the HR Systems and Operations Analyst is continuously exposed to the sensitive company’s information, and therefore is required to possess an exceptional integrity, attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships, especially with the remote HR teams, employees and managers who are based in our offices abroad.
**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**HR Information Systems (HRIS)**
- Take full ownership of all our HR tools: Success Factors, JIRA, Lesson.ly
- Write guidelines for the tool usage and implement the processes accordingly, provide support and training of the tools when requested
- Continuously search for improvement of the tool functionalities and own the new implementations
**Global HR Reporting**
- Generate reports from the HR tools and support/guide the HR team in their local reporting activities
- Prepare reports on different areas of the business (e.g. new hires, attritions, cost forecasting, board report and etc.)
- Create new reports in our HR tools according to the business needs
**Compensation**
- Provide support and guidance to HR and Managers as well as calculate Commissions and bonuses
- Understand commissions structure and business needs
- Prepare agreements for variable payments for our branches across the world
- Collect and control our payroll reports provided by local HR teams
- Cooperate on company personnel budgeting, provide guidance and support to local HR teams
**Employee lifecycle global programs and processes**
- Assist in the development, implementation, and administration
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members, managers and employees
- Maintain our global HR handbook - Interpret and translate business strategy into actionable HR/functional plans and programs
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Passion for technology and data-driven HR. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources field, preferably in HR Analyst, HR IS Administrator or Generalist capacity
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Power BI exposure is a strong advantage
- Previous hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g. Success Factors, Taleo, Lumesse, Workday or any other HRIS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent English (German is not required)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle simultaneously multiple tasks and projects
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work individually and as part of the team
- Ability to provide efficient and reliable assistance, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Previous exposure to process documentation and process mapping is a definite asset
- University degree (Bachelor or Master's)
