For our HR department with location in Vienna and/or Kroellendorf (Allhartsberg, Lower Austria), we are looking for a motivated personality to join us temporary (limited for 6 months) as full time employee as HR Intern (M/F/d).

Your responsibilities:

- Collaboration and support in the day-to-day business and in the support of the employee life cycle (e.g. new entries, administration, preparation of onboarding plans and reference letters, etc.)
- Collaboration and support Durin handling HR-processes such as recruiting, compensation review, personnel budget planning, HR reporting, etc.
- Collaboration and support in the planning and implementation of employer branding measures as well as various, exciting HR projects

Your profile:

- Ongoing or completed business education (FH/Uni) preferably with focus on Human Resources
- Accuracy & reliability
- Independent, proactive way of working
- Enthusiasm & strong service mindset
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
