**To support our Corporate HR Processes & Systems Team located in our Headquarters in Vienna, we are offering the following position**:
**HR Processes & Systems Intern (f/m/d)**

**(Part-time internship for 6 months, 20h per week)**

Your Tasks
- Collaboration and support in various international HR digitalization and HR software roll-out and implementation projects
- Detailed HR system testing and organization of user acceptance testing
- Development and maintenance of HR process
- and HR system documentations
- User data maintenance in our HR Systems (Success Factors, Cornerstone)
- Supporting the global employee survey project
- Using the IT ticket tool for tracking and answering various requests related to HR systems

Your Profile
- Currently enrolled Bachelor or Master student ideally with focus on HR, IT, or Business Administration or similar education
- IT & systems affinity, tech-savvy
- Proficient in MS Office - especially Microsoft Excel (processing of large amounts of data)
- Project management know-how beneficial / good organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (with perfect English as a must-have, German as a very good to have)
- Ability to work independently after a comprehensive training period
- Attention to details, reliable, flexible
- Motivation to work for an international group
- Pronounced service and customer orientation

Our Offer

The internship will give you first insights into and training for two of the best-known cloud-based HR systems in the world. You'll work with a motivated team that sets high quality standards for itself and wants to make things happen.

This role will give you an opportunity to gain initial experience around HR/IT and to develop an understanding of HR key processes. The internship will last 6 months. The gross monthly salary according to the collective agreement is minimum € 2.028;
