As a **HR Operations Specialist**at Yokoy, you will be at the heart of our HR team, managing and optimizing processes that support our employees’ journey. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and has a passion for operational excellence.

**\uD83E\uDDD1\uD83C\uDFFD‍\uD83D\uDCBB What you’ll do**:

- ** HR Administration**: Oversee and execute day-to-day HR operations, including employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- ** HR Systems Management**: Maintain and optimize our HRIS (Personio) and ensure data accuracy, reporting, and compliance.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across the countries we operate in.
- ** Payroll Coordination**: Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- ** Employee Support**: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing exceptional support and guidance to employees and managers.
- ** Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
- **️ What you’ll need**:

- At least 5 years of HR operations experience, ideally in a global, fast-paced scale-up or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of European employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools and a passion for leveraging technology to improve processes.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
- Experience working across diverse cultures and teams.
- Discretion and judgment in handling confidential and sensitive data.
- Fluent in **German** and English (additional European languages are a plus).
