**TLScontact is looking for a part-time (32 hours per week/4 working days) Visa Center Agent in Vienna for a period of 6 month, starting as soon as possible and ending on 31/12/24. The working days are currently Tuesday to Friday.** Visa Centre Agents have the responsibility for handling Visa Applications in accordance with company processes. **Your Key Responsibilities will be**: - Handling day-to-day Visa Applications in line with our Client processes: - Greeting Visa applicants and answering their questions - Collecting bio-metric data (picture & finger-print) - Proposing & selling "Added Value Services" (AVS) to our Visa applicants according to their needs (courier services, premium services etc ) - Providing a first-class service and a positive customer experience - Flagging to Management situations or issues that may give rise to concern - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Visa centre **Essential Requirements**: - Fluent in both **English **and **German**: - Full availability from Tuesday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. - Experience in a face-to-face customer service role - Working in a fast-paced and at times highly pressured environment - Experience in an international environment **What we offer**: - Salary: 1,913,33€ gross monthly - Sales bonus based on collective team performance: up to 15% of the monthly gross salary **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: 1.913,33€ per month Expected hours: 32 per week Application Question(s): **Language**: - English and German fluently (preferred)
