Training Coordinator and Customer Sales Support

Due to maternity leave, we are looking for a temporary (12 months)
**Training Coordinator & Customer Sales Support (f/m/x)**: in Stafford/UK.
**What's it all about?**:
- you will be responsible for the organization and coordination of our customer trainings (e.g. managing registrations, booking hotels, etc)
- you will have direct liaison with OMICON trainers (internationally)
- you will coordinate the preparation of the documentation by EU team member, all equipment is booked from EU
- you will take care of our customers in all commercial issues (pre and after sales)
- you will prepare quotations and handle public biddings
- you will support the Area Sales Manager in his daily business
- you will be responsible for our CRM customer database (data entry and maintenance)

**What are we looking for?**
- you have successfully completed your commercial education
- you have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with customers
- you have an independent and service-oriented way of working, commitment and team spirit are among your strengths
- you possess strong organizational skills
- you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; experience in the use of CRM and ERP would be of advantage
- you have an excellent command of English, any other language is a plus
