University Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field

**Company Description**:
**Our Supply Chain Expansion projects aim to expand the production and/or storage location footprint of Red Bull. To ensure comprehensive and sustainable results, the Project Manager is responsible for a cross-functional set up and execution of expansion projects, meaning involvement of relevant business areas of Red Bulls Operations organization as well as other relevant internal and external stakeholders.**

This role owns the project management and execution from the scoping, through organizational set up, formal kick off until the handover for the operational business (including coordination of the project team, timeline management, scope management, risk management, project documentation and reporting).

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION**

**TEAMWORK AND COMMUNICATION**

As part of your role, you'll oversee up to eight different workstreams, ensuring that they are aligned with the project goals and timelines. You'll ensure transparent communication across all departments involved via organizing efficient team meetings and providing proper documentation. You'll furthermore facilitate and lead (critical) meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and that fact-based decisions are made in a timely manner. You'll also support the program manager in preparing and presentation of relevant information/status reports to the Steering Committee.

**CONTINIUES IMPROVEMENT**

You'll be an active part in constantly developing Red Bulls Expansion Framework of tools, methods and working procedures in close relationship with our Data Team. This also includes the documentation for future use (lessons learned, knowledge management etc.).

**COLLABORATION**

In this role you'll establish a strong network and foster collaboration with Operations team members. You'll develop relationships with other areas of the business particularly the construction, finance/controlling, legal team. Finally, you'll build up technical expertise and standards, based on the knowledge basis of our technical experts for turnkey manufacturing and warehousing projects of new production facilities.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project or Program Management ideally within Operations Management or Supply Chain Management

Passion for details and problem-solving competencies as well as conceptual thinking and continuous improvement

Ability to work in cross-functional teams on a global level. Strong communication skills

Structured and autonomous way of working

High levels of personal energy, drive, and hands-on mentality

Proactiveness and continuous improvement mindset

Team Player with entrepreneurial spirit and end to end thinking

Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is a must. Experience in working with Workfront or comparable PM Tools is a plus
