In this role, you’re responsible to build up a project landscape to manage all project activities at our production sites, which are relevant to ensure full technical availability. Additionally, you’ll be part of the implementation team for all kind of projects and take care for smooth communication in projects. After successful technical implementation, you’ll also develop training and qualification programs for users and operators.

You’ll also be trusted to further develop our project management systems for controlling projects in terms of controlling and monitoring the internal and external project teams, project budgets and costs for providing data for all types of planning purposes.

This position can be based in either Elsbethen/Salzburg or Ludesch/Vorarlberg.

**PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT**

**SYSTEM & DATABASE MANAGEMENT**

You’ll be responsible to configure a system structure for monitoring internal projects especially involving external partners. In collaboration, you’ll implement processes for project management system tools in the production environment. You’ll also develop an advanced production database together with IT experts and internal as well as external partners. Taking into account the supply of copackers, you’ll permanently monitor the entire technical production setup. To achieve a convenient situation with reliable data for the production managers you’ll also maintain and review production data of all relevant technical equipment.

**COLLABORATION & PRESENTATION**

You’ll manage peer contacts with partners and stakeholders in close cooperation with the department head, operation managers and other project partners. You’ll gather in-depth specialist’s knowledge and further technical knowledge to enable yourself as strong counterpart towards external suppliers, authorities and other stakeholders. Finally, you’ll regularly report project timelines, schedules and data within the system and prepare reports for top management.

**Qualifications**:
Several years of experience leading and managing cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment on a global level

Technical understanding of manufacturing processes

Teamplayer combined with very strong interpersonal and communication skills

Understanding of technical aspects matched with inventiveness and strong business acumen

Verifiable experience in process and data management. Strong skills in project management methods

Strengths in data systems such as SAP MM, Workfront, MS Office (especially Excel and MS Projects)

Flexible and creative, open minded, solution
- and process oriented

This position requires travel up to 50 % (mainly within Austria and Canada). It is necessary to be fluent in English. German very good skills (min. B2 level) required

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.405 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
