As part of the Owned Media team, you’ll lead all Red Bull support of Red Bull corporate projects and HR topics across owned media. This role ensures best-in-class execution, compliance, agency onboarding, editorial workflows, and cross-promotion across the company. You’ll be a single point of contact for all parties, guiding the process and ensuring all parties are making use of the full capabilities of Red Bull Media House. You’ll use your deep understanding of Red Bull digital platforms, workflows, and tools in your day-to-day work with internal colleagues across media operations, legal, product & service teams, analytics, DTC and compliance, content management, and editorial.

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**:
As a manager for corporate and HR projects, you’ll develop overview of all active web properties across corporate projects and human resources and utilize existing tools and platform experiences to optimize efficiencies across business. You'll also audit and instigate agency onboarding and editorial onboarding for all active partners as well as executing formal compliance audit of all owned properties.

**STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT**:
You’ll act as core point of contact to guide and streamline all owned media asks - connecting external entities with appropriate stakeholders based on needs. You’ll also work with key stakeholders to help to improve owned media offerings, potentially up-level existing experiences as well as collaborating with acquisition and retention, analytics, editorial to develop cohesive plans and guidance.

**DIGITAL STRATEGY**:
In this role, you’ll guide best in class digital execution. This includes understanding audience and behavior as well as tools and process to execute. To do so, you will need to stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and shifts in consumer behavior and needs.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- University degree in media production, communication or relevant work experience
- 5+ years’ experience in digital publishing, content, or web development, ideally with a major international media group.
- Technical understanding of web tools and infrastructure
- Experience in high level stakeholder management and communication. A strong character, who can be persuasive and persistent.
- Highly organized, with excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Great co-ordination, analytical and organizational skills.
- Other languages and international experience are a strong plus.
