Capex Project Coordinator

**About the job**

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Preparing monthly to quarterly reports & advising on CAPEX performance
- Ensuring compliance verification of project preparation
- Authorizing workflows of compliant projects, according to guidelines and budgets in force
- Supporting management to overview the project portfolio by regions and categories

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration, project & portfolio management or similar
- Relevant professional experience in project management including setting up and coordinating relevant processes
- Knowledge of asset accounting and financial reporting, including monitoring and tracking of capital projects

**Languages**
- English - fluent
- Any other language will be considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- A few years of professional experience in the field of project management, finance and reporting

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 48,000.00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
