**Responsibilities**:

- Management reporting for Miba AG with analysis and interpretation- Operative planning for Miba AG with preparation, interpretation, and communication of aggregated plans- Cost accounting, including the set up of local cost accounting and controlling systems- Investment planning, calculation, and monitoring- Support to sites on R&D grants and subsidies, including submission of project reports- Further development of the KPI reporting in IT and driving of cost saving initiatives- Implementation of project controlling instruments and processes- Internal business consultant: IT-analyses, identification of potentials for optimization, and recommendation of improvements measures**Requirements**:

- Strong experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on controlling and reporting- Proven experience in investment planning and cost accounting- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong communication skills (fluent in German and English) with the ability to present results to top management and other hierarchy levels- Experience with project management and implementation of controlling instruments is a plus- “Trust is extremely important at Miba; it’s the basis for every aspect of our work and collaboration.
