- **Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for group-wide Treasury (i.e. cash/liquidity management, financial asset management and financing, financial risk management) and Insurance- Leading the global Treasury organization- Developing the global Treasury organization in line with the Miba strategy- As a FICO lead team member actively developing, contributing and executing on global FICO strategy- Financing of Miba Group globally- Being the business partner for all banking financing matters to Miba globally- Standard and ad-hoc reporting to the Management Board- Being the main contact for external partners such as banks, insurances, etc.- Foster the Miba Principles such as Positive Leadership, Lifelong Learning and Process Excellence- **Requirements**:

- Completed business studies ideally with a focus on corporate finance/accounting/controlling or similar- Minimum of 5 years experience in an international finance organization- Deep understanding of key Treasury processes as well as corporate structures and how to develop them- Leading competence with high emotional intelligence for further developing a high-performing team- Strong negotiation skills in German and English as well as intercultural communication skills- Proactivity as well as strong customer and service orientation- Enthusiastic personality with down-to-earth attitude, analytical thinking and high affinity for numbers- Strong problem-solving skills and the will to shape the future- Profound expertise of ERP systems (SAP) and Treasury Management SoftwareAt Miba, we believe that diversity generates and drives innovation.
