- We are currently looking for a F&B Reservations Associate to join our Rosewood Schloss Fuschl Team.
**Job Summary**:
- You are responsible for answering our internal and external phone calls in the F&B department and handling reservation requests for our F&B outlets.
- You act as an interface between all hotel departments and take great pleasure in fulfilling our guests' wishes and enhancing their stay with us.
- You are familiar with our products and well-informed about the unique features of our various restaurants and bars, allowing you to present them accordingly.
**Required Skills**:
- You enjoy interacting with guests by phone and in person.
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the hospitality industry.
- Your German and English language skills are excellent, and you feel comfortable using both languages.
- You are proficient in MS Office programs and, ideally, have experience with the Opera Property Management System.
