You can learn more about the world of OMV below: **Our business** **Your role**: - In this position you are responsible for project service support to OMV major capital projects during all maturation phases. - You work closely with opportunity managers and project Managers to ensure consistently high quality cost estimation, cost control, planning and scheduling, risk management and performance reporting services, proactively flag deviations and identify mitigations. - You work close to the finance team to develop cost schedules and resourcing plans and to track cost progress, agree accruals & VOWD and forecasting as required. - You prepare, maintain and own the Project Control Plans and support the preparation of the project execution plan in line with Corporate Standards. - You perform regular risk control quantitative analysis on schedules and budgets. - You lead Project Services assurance activities, such as Independent Gate Reviews and Execution Performance Reviews. - You support the mid-term planning process each year by providing specific input for development projects and reviewing submissions from the rest of the portfolio. - You provide leadership in the Project Services community by supporting activities across the portfolio of projects e.g. assurance, peer support, mentoring of more junior colleagues and delivering in-house training. **Your profile**: - University degree in Engineering, Economics or Project Management. - At least 12 years of relevant professional experience. - Excellent experience and understanding of project controls and risk management including quantities/metric performance reporting. - Strong knowledge of project management tools for costs & schedules (e.g. Primavera, Capdat, OmegaPims, etc.). - Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines, with a "can-do" attitude. - Excellent English skills. **What to expect from OMV**: - We believe that we can only evolve and thrive as a company with a highly diverse mix of employees and by ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
