You can learn more about the world of OMV below: **Our business** **Your role**: - Advise the Project Services Discipline within Projects Maturation & Execution, defining tools, benchmarking data and implementation of revised processes e.g. for cost estimating and project planning - Conduct and participate in Cost & Schedule reviews at key decision points during project maturation - Manage major capital project reporting. Accountable for the quality of forecasting and reporting globally - Able to provide key projects hands on Project Services support when necessary - Support all recruitment for Project Services personnel. Provide mentoring and development to employees in the group. - Lead and maintain the Project Services community within OMV E&P to ensure sharing of expertise, lessons learned - Develop, maintain and implement standards and processes for project services - Ensure that project services activities comply with all standards, tools and procedures - Develop and utilize benchmarking networks and sources. e.g. internal, with partners/peers and external suppliers such as IPA, IHS/CERA and performance forum **Your profile**: - University degree Master/Diplom in a relevant study area - Minimum 20 years professional project services/ controls experience with hands on delivery of large (>1 bn) offshore and onshore projects - Ability to judge and assess project risks and opportunities. Propose possible mitigation activities to reduce key risks and assess cost effectiveness of such measures - Strong analytical skills & excellent written and verbal communications skills - Must have a “Team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required. - Ability and willingness to travel internationally to support project teams **What to expect from OMV**: - We believe that we can only evolve and thrive as a company with a highly diverse mix of employees and by ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
