Senior Client Advisor
to join our team and contribute to our growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain profitable relationships with existing customers through regular personal engagement and tailored approaches.
  • Organize, prepare, and provide expert advice during customer appointments in our Vienna showroom, ensuring a unique service experience that aligns with our brand values.
  • Proactive outreach to expand our local and international customer base.
  • Coordinate and manage customer requests both online and offline, offering personalized services and suggestions via Email, SMS and DM based on analyzed customer data.
  • Partner with management to achieve established sales targets while continuously enhancing brand and product knowledge.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction assessments and implement improvements to the overall customer experience, addressing and resolving complaints swiftly and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must strongly identify with and embody the aesthetic of the brand.
  • Passion for fashion, with a genuine interest in luxury ready-to-wear and sales talent.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of German and a third language is a plus.
  • Flexible and able to work independently, with a high-energy personality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an analytical mindset, with great attention to detail.
  • Experience within a comparable setting, ideally in luxury fashion, premium hospitality, or high-end brand environments.
