Als ideale:r Kandidat:in verfügst du über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von LEAN-Methoden, hast umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Projektbegleitung, Interesse an Digitalisierung und idealerweise fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in SQL und Tableau.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du leitest LEAN- & Digitalisierungsprojekte zur Prozessoptimierung und trägst dazu bei, die Effizienz unserer Organisation zu steigern
- Du coachst Mitarbeiter:innen in allen Ebenen des Unternehmens in der Anwendung von LEAN-Methoden, um eine kontinuierliche Verbesserungskultur zu schaffen
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Projekte termingerecht und innerhalb des Budgets abgeschlossen werden
- Du sammelst und analysierst Daten, um Trends und Probleme aufzudecken und Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du entwickelst zusammen mit den Fachabteilungen Kennzahlen weiter, um die Leistung der Prozesse besser überwachen zu können und weiter zu verbessern

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, bevorzugt in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Interesse für Industrie 4.0 und Affinität zur Informationstechnik und Softwaresystemen (ERP, MES)
- Sehr gute Projektmanagement
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten mit Erfahrung in agilen Vorgehensweisen
- Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der industriellen Produktion als auch Green
- bzw. Blackbelt-Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine gültige Arbeitsbewilligung in Österreich ist für diese Position Voraussetzung (Nicht-EU-Bürger: bitte der Bewerbung beilegen)Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, bevorzugt der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Das Grundgehalt für diese Position setzt sich aus dem in Österreich gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.790,58 brutto pro Monat (x 14) und aus einer Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen zusammen.
