**Job Description**:

- Design and realize initiatives with the goal of continuously improving the quality of our products with a long-term perspective
- Define, create and realize a family-wide process for quality criteria, focusing on the design of manual and automated test cases, the usage of automation frameworks and tools as well as setting up processes and tools for the generation, usage and documentation of test data
- Prepare, organize and document performance and integration tests
- Create guidelines and plans for roll outs/releases, track testing progress, identify and report product release dependencies and conduct Release Readiness reviews
- Support an overall staging concept for software releases and plan environment usage and migrations for cross-product projects
- Ensure processes for standardized release approvals and release notes
- Coordinate and manage early life support after the release of a new software to production

**Qualifications**:

- Sound knowledge in the areas of software testing, quality assurance (QA) and release management
- Willingness to take over the Quality Assurance and Release Management topic as a whole and go beyond just executing fixed tasks
- Experience in the creation of test cases and their automation as well as with relevant software for test automation, test data creation and version control tools (GIT and others). Knowledge in Azure DevOps and Jira are also an advantage
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, DevOps,) and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
- Organizational talent with the ability to handle detail and to see the big picture at the same time
- Resourceful mindset with problem-solving attitude and willingness to go to the root of the problem
- A high degree of self-motivation and passion for IT
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
