- Ihre (wichtigsten) Aufgaben- Beantwortung rechtlicher Anfragen und Erstellung von rechtlichen Stellungnahmen in allen Bereichen des
- Bankenrechts (Zivil
- und Vertragsrecht, Bankenaufsichtsrecht, Datenschutzrecht)- Rechtliche Begleitung und Beurteilung digitaler Prozesse
- Prüfung und Umsetzung von Gesetzesänderungen und EU-rechtlichen Vorgaben
- Rechtliche Begleitung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender bzw. Umsetzung neuer Produktkonzepte sowie
- bei der Digitalisierung von Produkten- Rechtliche Betreuung und Beratung der internen Fachabteilungen und des Managements zu sämtlichen
- Rechtsfragen im Bereich des Bankenrechts- Erstellung und laufende Adaptierung von Allgemeinen Geschäfts
- und Nutzungsbedingungen
- Schnittstelle zu in
- und ausländischen Rechtsberatern und zu Gerichten und Behörden
- Koordination von BWG-Compliance Themen
- Das erwarten wir von Ihnen- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Rechtsabteilung einer Bank und/oder einer Wirtschaftskanzlei
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Arbeit im Team
- Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Souveräne und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter, eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
