Participate in our **9-month Academy **Training Program to **become a successful, fully-fledged Software Developer **at Dynatrace
- ** Strengthen your tech knowledge**, work on exciting projects, and **get familiar with Dev life **at Dynatrace** **(tooling, agile methods, code of conduct, etc.)
- Be part of an ambitious **team of like-minded colleagues** who start their Dev career at Dynatrace
- Collaborate **with experienced (Senior) Software Engineers **as their** mentors**

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for:

- ** Graduates**:Software Engineering, (Business) Informatics, or similar degree (Higher technical school (HTL), Bachelor or Master)
- ** Part-timers (besides studies)**: Available 16+ hours per week (2 days minimum), ideally close to finishing your studies.
- ** Career changers**:Have embarked on a new career path (completed further education) and want to start their career as a developer.

**We offer several Academy tracks per year** (entry points every few months). We will discuss the options individually.

Since this is an educational program, we expect** 2+ office days per week.**

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 40,600 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
