Die Gruppe Interne Revision und Compliance führt Revisionen in städtischen Dienststellen durch und nimmt dabei die Aufgaben der Personalrevision, kaufmännische Revision, IT-Revision, technischen Revision (Baurevision) und der rechtlichen Revision wahr. In fachübergreifenden Teams werden dienststelleninterne Kontrollsysteme und Risikomanagementsysteme geprüft und Vorschläge für die Organisation von Verwaltungsvorgängen aufgrund von Revisionsergebnissen erarbeitet. Eine weitere Aufgabe der Gruppe Interne Revision und Compliance ist die Bekämpfung der Korruption bzw. die Korruptionsprävention.
