**Your Responsibilities**: If you're a pro at handling payroll, analytical to a fault, and have a keen eye for detail - you're in the right place As our Senior Payroll and Labour Law Specialist, you will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while maintaining a deep understanding of Austrian labor law regulations. In close collaboration with the Finance and Legal departments, and our external payroll processor, you will seamlessly integrate payroll operations and drive efficiency. You will also identify and resolve complex payroll issues while setting up efficient processes that have a company-wide impact. **What Makes You Special**: - **5 years' experience.** You have 5+ years of experience as a payroll specialist or in a similar role. - ** Professional certification.** You have completed the "Personalverrechner" certificate in Austria or have equivalent certification. - ** Labor law knowledge.** You have in-depth knowledge of Austrian labor law and familiarity with German and US labor law.
