**Description**:** HR Business Partner (m/w/d)**

Due to the number of extremely exiting HR projects after the recent creation of Corteva Agriscience, we are looking for an experienced HR professional to support our journey, deal with day-to-day HR topics and coordinate HR projects in Austria and Germany for Corteva Agriscience in cooperation with the EMEA project team, regional/country HR organization and the country team.

**Main tasks**:

- Provide expert human resource consultative services at all organizational levels and advise on employee relations matters
- Deals with HR related queries from managers and employees in the first instance for Austria
- Work in close cooperation with regional HR specialist and HR shared service center on HR operations matters
- Supports the implementation of global and regional HR projects in Austria
- Manage HR project/routine related communication
- Review, streamline and optimize existing country HR processes and procedures in respect of country labor law and Corteva global and regional policies, rules and procedures
- Design and prepare country change management programs, plans and communication activities to managers and employees in cooperation with local and regional stakeholders
- Stand in and support for HR topics in Germany

**Qualifications**:** Job Qualifications**:

- Relevant experiences in HR Business Partner positions
- University degree or equivalent education in HR
- Strong knowledge of the Austrian labor law; first knowledge of German labor law
- Project management skills and experience; well organized and result oriented;
- Experiences in payroll as a plus
- Fluency in German and Professional English to manage daily contacts with Europe leadership and/or global leadership and project teams
- Good communicational skills, “can do” attitude, attention to details, responsible team player, analytical skills, target oriented person

**The position is located in Corteva's office in Parndorf - Austria.**

**The position is reporting to the Country HR Manager.
