Your next challenge
Add business context

What you’ll be doing:
Serve as a strategic HR partner to managers for a specific business unit or department for Germany & Austria.
Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business goals.
Provide guidance and support on complex HR issues, including employee relations and performance management.
Collaborate with global HR teams to develop and deliver training and development programs.
Monitor and report on HR metrics and performance.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations & manage external payroll for Austria.

You’re a match
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.

Work Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in HR business partnering.

- For this position we are offering a monthly gross salary from EUR 4.286 (40h/week) with the option to overpay according to experience and qualification. Our own fringe benefits and other benefits are offered on top
