**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Assists in the designs and elaborates Operating model for E&P business requirements that align business processes, technologies and data flows
- Identifies gaps in the fulfillment of the Operating model and supports the prioritization and selection of strategically relevant and value-adding initiatives
- Documents changes to existing and newly designed business processes in OMV's management system
- Engages in activities to identify optimization potential (e.g. digitalization, automation) and to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Analyses and reviews documentation of target Enterprise Architectures (business processes, technology architectures and data flows) with E&P and Groupwide Stakeholders
- Supports global Process Officer in review of processes, maintaining the management system and in the alignment of interfaces between departments

**Your profile**:

- University degree Master/Diplom in Petroleum Engineering, Project Management or Business Administration
- Experience working in a rapidly changing project environment
- Interests in Enterprise Architecture, processes, regulations; Process Manager certification preferred
- Interest in topics of Digital Transformation, Process Optimization and Workflow Automation
- Basic understanding of E&P activities across the whole value chain and knowledge of the OMV Organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German
